Weโ€™re committed to delivering our handmade goods โ€” with care, precision, and lots of heart โ€” across Nepal.

๐Ÿ“ Delivery Coverage:

We currently deliver nationwide across Nepal, including all major cities and towns. If your location is outside typical delivery zones, reach out โ€” weโ€™ll try our best to make it work.

๐Ÿšš Estimated Delivery Time:

  1. Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1-4 business days

  2. Outside Valley (major cities): 4-8 business days

  3. Outside Valley (remote areas): 5-10 business days

Please note: These are estimates. Delivery delays may occur due to holidays, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Shipping Charges:

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • The weight or size of your order

  • The delivery location

  • Whether youโ€™re placing a bulk or custom order

Exact shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on specific order thresholds โ€” keep an eye out!

๐Ÿ“Œ Important Information

  • Final orders: All orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Delivery attempts: Couriers typically attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the packages are returned to us with a cancellation fee. Customers will be responsible to pay the fee and the delivery charge.

  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please send us clear images of the package and the product. We'll do our best to help you and/or replace the products if deemed necessary.

  • Urgent orders: Since we're a small team (of just one person), it won't be easy to accommodate urgent or last-minute orders. Please plan ahead and give us enough time for customization requests on Leather Folios or Koibooks. In such a case, we can send the packages via ride sharing apps the customer must pay the given amount.

Once your order is packed and ready to go, youโ€™ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. We partner with reliable couriers and keep you informed every step of the way. You can check the status of your package via Blanxer order placement email.
